A journey of unexpected challenges, resilience and new beginnings.

My health journey hasn't been defined by one diagnosis or one life-changing event. It's been a collection of unexpected chapters that have challenged me physically, mentally and emotionally, often changing the direction of my life in ways I never imagined.

I won't pretend these experiences have always made me stronger or that I've handled every challenge with positivity. There have been difficult days, plenty of tears and moments when life has felt completely overwhelming.

But these experiences have also shaped the philosophy behind Bright Mind, Bold Life. They've reminded me how unpredictable life can be, how quickly our plans can change and why it's so important not to put our dreams and happiness on hold.

Whatever this chapter holds, it will become part of my story.
