Who is Loren?
Loren Murray is an Australian entrepreneur, and advocate for intentional living whose passion is to empower women to move beyond survival mode and step into lives filled with clarity, purpose and bold self-belief. Known for her honest storytelling and practical approach to personal transformation, Loren blends lived experience with meaningful guidance that resonates with women who are ready to rewrite their story.
Loren’s path has been shaped by profound challenges that forced her to reimagine her life from the ground up. She survived a 38cm tumour that led to an emergency hysterectomy and ultimately infertility, endured multiple major surgeries, navigated chronic anxiety and processed the grief of losing more than thirty friends and family members by the time she turned forty. Instead of letting these moments define her, Loren used them as a catalyst to rebuild her identity and create a life anchored in intention and resilience.
Her debut book, 'Bright Mind, Bold Life', captures this journey with authenticity, humour and powerful insight. It combines personal memoir with mindset strategies and actionable tools that help readers make meaningful changes in their own lives. Loren’s writing has previously been featured in two Australian magazines where she shared her business insights as a leader in her field.
In addition to her work as a budding author, Loren is the Founder and Managing Director of Allied Admin Partners, a successful Australian business that provides specialised administration and compliance support to Allied Health and NDIS service providers across the country. Loren is recognised for her ability to bring structure, clarity and compassion to high-pressure environments.
Today, Loren combines her business acumen with her lived experience to inspire women who feel stuck, overwhelmed or uncertain about the future. She believes deeply in the power of small, consistent actions and the courage required to design a life you are genuinely excited to wake up to. Whether she is writing, speaking, creating resources or mentoring women through their own transformation, her message remains the same: you already have what it takes to create a bold, meaningful life.
Loren lives in the Gold Coast Hinterland with her partner, Kaleb, and their beloved adopted greyhound, Lucy. When she is not writing or running her business, she is often planning her next bucket list adventure, exploring nature or finding new ways to help others reconnect with the life they truly want.
